We traded in warm, sunny North Carolina for a snowy Rocky Mountain Christmas with my family. The best part? They didn’t know we were coming until we showed up with a big SURPRISE on Christmas morning!

Let It Snow!
Pretty Please?
Dear Santa,
For Christmas I would like a washer & dryer that not only washes and dries but also folds and puts away as I seem to be incapable of the folding and putting away part (see attached picture from 2006 as proof of this chronic problem). Aside from eating way too much chocolate this year,...
My mini-me
My niece. She looks just like I did at this age – minus the red hair, of course. We call this her "Rebecca face" and I thought I’d share. Someday (if I’m feeling brave) I’ll scan and share the picture of me at age 3 pulling this same face – I think it’s from 1980...

"PEEK-A-BOO!"
New
Okay, maybe I should title this post "Old" because this session was a Boston session from last month. But he was "new" then . . .
Isn’t he yummy?

I said goodbye this morning to all my new friends at Duke (we’ve spent a lot of time together this week!) and was happy that my radiologist could confirm the cancer had not spread and the...
